The trainign is excellent and the support staff is excellent and pleasant to work with. It is very robust and allows you to set up the rules yo uwant where you want them. The floor plan feature is super helpful, as is the ability to bill for services. Security is strong also. All for an affordable price. Fast, well-defined, smooth implmentation. We had an existing system that was OK, but eSPACE is less expensive, has a much better user interface, and is more robust. Our users LOVE it and were so glad for th emove.
