It has been overall easy for me to learn how to use and I've been able to give all of our various users a experience and interface that is the most meaningful to them and their role. **What do you dislike about WebCenter Enterprise?** It is difficult to find tutorials or inspiration on how something CAN look when trying to build a specific type of workflow or when designing a dashboard. **What problems is WebCenter Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use WebCenter in my role to have our design managers track their project requests as well as to give our design agencies important information from reference files when creating new artwork. We are working towards eliminating the transfer of files through email during the early designing stages and instead having them connect directly into our pre-production workflows that are also built in WebCenter. ### 3. We now have all of our packaging graphics files in one location, tagged with attributes, and easily searchable. The workflows are infinitely customizable, accomodating all of our potential packaging creation or revision scenarios. We've been able to integrate WebCenter with other systems, automating workflows in those systems based on milestones in WebCenter. The customized reporting and dashboards allow us to keep an eye on all of our projects in one place, and ensure successful project deliver. **What do you dislike about WebCenter Enterprise?** WebCenter is like a box of building blocks, but with no instructions. You can create nearly anything you want, but figuring out how to get started can be challenging. **What problems is WebCenter Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to store all of our packaging assets securely, in an easily searchable system. WebCenter does that. Other systems need to kick off packaging projects at certain milestones. We've been able to do that automatically by integrating with WebCenter. KPIs and Metrics monitoring are critically important to understanding whether packaging projects are on time. The dashboards in WebCenter are critical to that requirement. ### 37.
