What do you like best?

The service was quick and the set up for the testing was so easy.

This was the first time we used an outside testing site. There was nothing that i disliked.

What do you like best?

The ability to create customized tests, the quick results sent to my email, and the administrative options for administering the test.

What do you dislike?

That I can't print the test to administer a written version.

“Great For Customized Metrics for Employee Evaluation”

What do you like best?

The fully customized control over what we want to test for.

What do you dislike?

Question bank needs more simulation for some common software features.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

When evaluating testing, the ability to have control over the test was far above the rest of who we were evaluating at the time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had issues evaluating admin hires. We needed a metric that would help us measure the truthfulness in resumes and actual skill. Not only did we get a great standardized measuring tool, we were able to add more metrics on other categories that we deemed necessary.

What do you like best?

What I like best is that applicant's are able to access the assessments easily and comprehensive results are automatically sent to the administrator.

What do you dislike?

I dislike how the set up is between test creation and maintenance - the flow is not all quite there. It would be nice if while creating the test, you would be able to view the questions added at the same time instead of needing the review the questions on a different screen. This would decrease the amount of time needed to create a quiz.

The representatives of eSkill handle any admin questions in a timely fashion while also taking the extra steps in being available for training on uses.

We are able to pre-screen applicants through the thorough testing and are able to easily compare applicant results with one another. By being able to test the applicants through a secondary vendor - eSkill - we are able to get an all-around look of each applicant.
