The ease of use and the ability to have additional metrics information.

It is not good that the we will lose credits if not used after one year.

I like the ease of sending out the skills test to people and how tests can be customized and created.

What do you dislike?

Would like to see even more improved canned tests to use.

“Excellent for Gauging Applicants”

What do you like best?

The variety of testing offered by e-skills allows flexibility for creating testing across a diversified industry.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice to incorporate the testing into weeding out potential external applicants even prior to interviews.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use e-skill to gauge our employee's understanding of topics and skills for internal transfers. This is especially useful when applicants with several years of experience in related but distinctly different fields apply for other departments.

“Helpful resource”

What do you like best?

I like that this product is based on research and that the results of the survey correlate to employee performance. I also really appreciate that they allow you to create your own tests

What do you dislike?

I wish there were more Ambulatory care focused questions for their healthcare questions

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I think if you use it to screen applicants it provides very valuable information. It was great to work with our rep to modify questions and I even use it for my healthcare competencies. Their team is honest and helpful and they check in with me every few months use to make sure I am satisfied.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been using eSkills to identify candidates with good Customer Service. We have also been using the test den to create our own tests for current employees so we don't have to use paper and manual grading
