The system itself is super easy to use from both sides. You can send multiple tests at the same time instead of sending them one by one like other sites. The only thing that confuses our team is picking what report would work best for review when you download the assessment results. The different reports show different aspects of the test. This has been a great tool for hiring. We particularly have found knowledge tests (for example for finance or HR) useful, as well as the detail-orientation aspect. It's helpful for testing specific skills like Excel or Data Entry. Once you get used to it, it's easy to use, very easy to send out. I dislike the lag that it can sometimes have when assigning several individuals an assessment at once. If you are in a recruiting role reviewing many candidates and have to send all the same assessments, this can be delayed. When I say bulk, I mean 15 plus individuals.
