What do you like best about eSkill?

The ease of use. It is a product that my team had 1 short training on and they were able to start successfully using with next to no issues. Any issue that we've run into has been easily resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eSkill?

We like the instant test scores. I am able to add our own agency test questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eSkill?

Turnaround time for questions created by eSkill that have typo/grammar errors that must be corrected is slow.

The canned questions don't apply to a lot of our government depts., such as Fire, EMS, Wastewater, Transit and 911 Dispatchers, so we're forced to create our own questions.

Creating and adding our own questions is very time consuming. There are too many steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simulation questions are quite buggy, and users often report that they don’t align well with the actual use of certain software platforms, or even with the simulation questions themselves. Customer service availability could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eSkill?

I like the reports feature of eSkill because it helps us to share results with hiring managers and keep our records. The support is amazing, with Chance and Stefan always answering all our questions on time. eSkill's adaptability is great for our industry, which requires flexibility in an assessment tool.
