Candidates can check their test results after completion of their test, and we can download their results by subject or by question there will be three multiple options we can either download the report Pdf/ excel or word. Eskill is very helpful with interviews. It made it easy to watch the interviewer and comment about topic point and answer for questions we wanted to know. I love the ability to customize assessments by adding your own questions, and by pulling selected questions from a variety of pre-made assessments. I also love the flexibility in result reporting. I don't love the scoring scale. It would be much simpler to base the scale on 100 and score percentages in a range.

It's been great that we have so many types of tests that we are able to use for specific tools, positions, or desired skill sets. It has also been helpful to have a question bank so that we are able to choose questions to put together new tests with questions that we prefer if needed. The email notifications are great and results for completed assessments show up instantly in our inbox. We haven't had candidate complaints about the tests aside from some small questions. We have been finding that the standard Filing test and the options from the question bank do not provide us with accurate scores reflecting the skills and capabilities of our candidates. Even our administrative team has found the test challenging, including the "beginner level" questions. We were advised that other clients were not having this similar issue and coming to a solution has been challenging. Our account manager has been open to discussing options and that has been great, but would increase the cost.

Additionally, the tests are evidently skewed towards the US. As a Canadian company, this results in some of the questions not being directly applicable to our candidates working in Canadian industries. As a result, we don't currently have access to the best options for testing our candidates ' knowledge and skills, though we do have good assessment options. We understand that the Author function to write our own questions would be an addition to our current subscription and would incur additional charges, and this is something we are considering. eSkill helped us streamline our interview process as we started to expand and needed to fill many roles simultaneously. I like the ability to screen candidates via asynchronous video with pre-set questions rather than booking up my day with telephone screenings.
