Been using eskill for since we entered covid to allow more candidates to participate. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Christi W. | Human Resources Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025 **What do you like best about eSkill?** Test scores integrate with our applicant tracking software so that we can easily send out information to the candidates all at once and scores are populated into their application. **What do you dislike about eSkill?** We could use a little more personalized question library for school district classifications. Many questions are off topic and really can't be used by us. Also, it would be really helpful if the system didn't time out so fast, especially when we are reviewing the question library and making or editing a test. Often the system times out and I have to start over as I am logged out and it doesn't save my work. **What problems is eSkill solving and how is that benefiting you?** Beneficial to have candidates be able to test 24 hours a day on their own time and we don't have to have parking available on site. **Official Response from Chris Blomquist:** > Thanks for your feedback, Christi!
