Few means for the user to classify invoices (no flags, no customizable categories, etc.) Very questionable and surprisingly unreliable character recognition (OCR) performance in 2026. An aging interface that does not retain the layout (it needs to be reset with each new login) No control over inconsistent workflows: an invoice can be postponed indefinitely. No possibility for simultaneous collaborative work: an invoice can only be assigned to one user at a time (a "forum" mode would be more effective in some cases) The export module for reports is not intuitive enough Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Once you understand it and know what info on the page is relevant, its somewhat easy to use. I use it nearly daily and while I can figure it out more often than not, the issues that arise are plentiful. Thankfully our support in our AP team can help move things along. Too much back and forth and an inability to allow the processor to do more than one task at a time, without having to send back to have it resent for final approval.
