What do you like best about Esevel?

What impresses me most about Esevel is the seamless coordination and shipping of devices across different countries. We recruit talent across the APAC region, and shipping devices to new employees was logistically overwhelming due to unexpected customs delays, lost shipments and problems with unscrupulous vendors. Esevel's regional fulfillment network resolved those issues. We can track every shipment, devices reach their destination, pre-configured IT ready for use in a matter of days. What problems is Esevel solving and how is that benefiting you?

When onboarding a new hire in a new region back in the day, we had to partner with local vendors, face customs clearance issues and wait for weeks for delivery with almost no tracking visibility. Now, since we partnered with Esevel, they source, configure and ship devices to our team members, virtually any place in the world. They even provide tracking, as we can monitor each shipment and also know when a laptop has been delivered to the user.

Onboarding has definitely become faster, particularly for new employees in countries where we still have no physical office. It has also improved internal processes since our IT no longer has to spend hours on logistics and manual follow ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Esevel?

Esevel manages the entire process of employee's journey, from sourcing laptops to delivering them to our employees’ homes. Since all devices are ready to use, it reduces the onboarding and setup process. Additionally, the setting and configuration are aligned for all devices and employees. What problems is Esevel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our employees are spread across multiple time zones and locations. Therefore, provisioning laptops is quite time-consuming and manual. In addition, our company needs to meet SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR requirements.

Esevel manages the entire procurement process, including device setup and policies. They also source and deliver devices to our staff. And this saves me a lot of time. In the past, remote employees in different countries had to use their personal laptops which led to performance and compatibility problems. The risks of data security and compliance could easily be overlooked. Esevel addressed these issues by providing laptops with all security features, enabling us to gain complete remote control over device management, control updates and protect data.
