What is nice about ESET it is a software that takes the worry out about unwanted viruses that may be found on your computer. You can monitor what the software has found and how it got rid of it. With so many users and so many fake emails that come across everyone's computer the chances of a virus getting into your system is very high - with ESET I do not need to worry about that. It simply finds the nasty stuff. Since I implemented this solution we’ve had no significant ransomware attacks and this means it’s working properly without any problem. The centralized management works adequately as far as applying policies to the entire endpoint group at one time rather than having to apply them individually to each laptop and also it's easy to use after setting it up. Support has taken a big step back in the last couple months. If I create an issue for excessive CPU usage on our Linux servers, I can go weeks without hearing anything. The console looks like it was never updated in ten years. It’s difficult to locate some of the simple configuration options. Also, dealing with logs when the connection drops is very frustrating.
