ESET protect allows me to manage the AV in my business environment with ease. I can easily create policies and apply them to clients without having to interrupt my users workflows. I can monitor my environment and rest easy knowing I'm protected from malicious programs, files and websites.

Basic AV is well priced but a bit too expensive for the managed EDR stuff.

ESET Protect keeps my endpoints secure from viruses and unauthorized connections.

All are good and its purpose as functional all in one security suite, nothing to dislike about the product.

Eset provide a ton of tutorials which make deploying and managing your eset environment very easy. Using the management console provides quick insight into your environment and provides templates which make deployment changes quick and easy.

So far I haven't really had any issues with eset. Any trouble I had was because I went about the wrong way trying to achieve my result.

Eset notifies me of machines with vulnerabilities due to lack of updates or patches. Also allows me to restrict users from installing unwanted applications.

Eset Protect's proactive threat detection and zero day attack prevention tools are quite helpful in my present remote work setup as it has the ability to find and isolate affected endpoints without involving user outreach and its great insight into our whole IT infrastructure also helps to simplify maintenance and improve system security.

Navigation of the dashboard and the statistics may need a certain level of technical competence and it also took longer than required to implement Eset Protect, leading to a few unanticipated delays and failures.

Eset Protect contains a great quarantine feature which separates the malware before it can be used and Eset Protect can also simultaneously find and handle threats without manual intervention. And apart from helping me to make our system more secure, it is also quite light weight and efficient and runs quitely in the background and provides real time scanning.

The actual-time interest tracking and detailed logs provide amazing visibility into unusual conduct, ensuring proactive danger prevention.

It once in a while restricts new files unnecessarily, causing delays in workflows due to manual confirmations.

By blockading malicious websites, emails, and USB storage devices, it prevents capacity threats and continues the community free of malicious documents.

It's very useful to keep server safe from unwanted spamming and attack. It also helps in DDOS attack. It has best security policy.

I haven't had any problems yet, but their prices are a bit high as compared to other tech giant's.

ESET is easy to manage and install and has a very robust reporting feature.

No downsides yet, I have enjoyed all the upsides that this product brings.

I recommend using the reporting feature it is rich and detailed.

The reporting feature and realizing how vulnerable our business was without it.
