I've been impressed with ESET PROTECT's quick installation process - it's up and running in just a few minutes. Plus, it's available on a wide range of platforms, including Mac, Windows, Android, and iOS, making it a versatile solution for our needs. One of the standout features for me is ESET PROTECT's ability to predict and protect our business networks from threats using anti theft and identity protection features. I have been using ESET NOD32 since 20 years. It is so light you wouldn't even think you have a security program running on your computer, ideal for both low end computers and high end ones. Even their basic protection which is NOD32 Antivirus has a built in HTTP scanner so if you ever click on a malicious link or download, it would block it before the connection even starts. Additionally, it has a 0 false positive rate in my experience, the last thing you want is to run a program and get a warning that it's not safe when it actually is. While the HTTP scanner is great for protecting your computer from online threats, some users don't want it. It would be great if ESET would give us a way to do a selective install where we can choose to install the Antivirus only without the HTTP scanner components. ESET Protect is the simplest and most secure security system I've ever used. It's features like.

Once you get eset setup it is very easy to use and navigate to each device and see what problems or red flags are there. During the original integration running our on-premise eset server we ran into a few problems and the support team was able to help us and get us moving forward. We use ESET everyday whether it's through the email alerts, or checking the warnings on the dashboard. I've been using ESET to protect my workstations since around 2006 and my personal computers long before that. I've never had a virus it didn't catch and it's never caused issues with any of my servers. The one time I had to call support, my call was answered in two rings and my rep was connected with a developer 5 minutes into the call, with a workaround in less than 20 minutes. I love ESET PROTECT's web and device protection, it allows you to browse safely at all times and this helps to block websites with untrusted credentials to prevent phishing and scamming websites. I also like ESET's scheduled scans and automatic scans, they run without you having to do it manually and this helps to keep your device protected. I would trust that ESET would keep my online life safe, considering I have worked with it for so many years. It is very simple to use, and it takes up very little space on my things. It does not need my constant help and allows me to focus on other things while it is set up. Help from ESET's partners and their own staff is easy to get whenever I need it, which I like. This is very important for my business since it will protect the same with an antivirus and a firewall. From what I've seen, the product doesn't have any major problems or issues. I do feel ESET's more advanced packages are very good, but for my needs, I only need the Advanced bundle. One thing I have found slightly problematic with this software is that it has caused certain problems with my computer.
