eSeans helps appointment-based businesses - hair and beauty salons, barbers, dental and medical clinics, therapists, pilates/yoga studios and course providers - fill empty slots and stop losing money to no-shows. Each business gets its own branded booking page that customers open from Instagram, WhatsApp or Google without installing an app. Automatic SMS and e-mail reminders, optional deposits or full prepayment, multi-staff calendars with buffer times, and simple reports showing which services and hours earn the most. Setup takes about five minutes and no credit card is required to start.
