We use e-screen as an add on to the ADP System to schedule our new hire drug testing, random drug testing and DOT physicals.

**What do you like best about eScreen, Inc.?**

You can search drug testing locations by zip code.

**What do you dislike about eScreen, Inc.?**

The online portal is subpar.  I sent employees to one of their drug testing facilities and they had not been paid by e-screen.

**Recommendations to others considering eScreen, Inc.:**

It takes weeks to receive emails back from customer service with issues we are experiencing.  The system is very cumbersome, and errors constantly
