EsCALLa AI is an autonomous voice AI platform built by Oakline Networks for pay-per-call publishers and contact centers. It plugs into the routing software teams already run, including Ringba and Retreaver. When an inbound call arrives, an EsCALLa voice agent answers it, detects answering machines, robocalls and fraud in the first moments of the call, asks the caller the qualifying questions you define, and confirms the caller agrees to be connected. Only callers who pass are warm-transferred to a human agent or buyer, with call details attached.
