eS/FAC Serve helps facility management companies and building operators replace paper checklists and scattered chat groups with one paperless system. Frontline staff scan a QR code to inspect an area, report incidents, or close work orders from their phone. Supervisors assign and follow up on jobs. Building owners log in to a customer portal to raise requests, track progress and review service quality in real time. The platform covers both soft and hard services: inspection and Scan2Inspect, incident reports, work orders, corrective maintenance (CM), planned preventive maintenance (PPM), annual maintenance contracts (AMC), asset and on-site inventory management, manpower records, mailroom, online work permits, customer complaints, satisfaction surveys, water and electricity meter recording, IoT integration, and dashboards. Role-based access lets each user see only the sites and functions they need. Built for Thailand since 2016, eS/FAC Serve serves commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels and condominiums, factories, international schools, and building service providers.
