Definitely the BOMs! Simple, yet refined. It's laid out better than any I've seen or used in the past. Costing, UOM, changes, builds, etc. just works seamlessly. We are a high volume manufacturer, and support made changes specifically for us as costing needed to go out several decimal points. ERPAG is super responsive to making their product work for you. We are a bulk producer so we report production for a future inventory amount instead of scheduling. The process of entering and completing a work order is cumbersome with a lot of steps. What problems is ERPAG solving and how is that benefiting you? Cost are volatile, and pennies matter on our product. ERPAG allows us to make simple changes quickly to see costing impact. The simple approach on inventory gives a quick and easy snapshot of where our products stand. Many systems are not refined this well. We are able to respond quickly off this approach. I like that ERPAG's support is almost twenty-four hours, and you can set up calls usually within an hour or two. When you create tickets, you generally get good feedback. The initial setup wasn’t too difficult. Ingesting stock was quite seamless, and the customer support made it easier by answering all my questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ERPAG? I wish there was a way to send direct JSON code via the API instead of just using Blockly script. I sometimes find blocky a bit restrictive. Lots of solutions claim to track inventory, but as a third party logistics provider I need to track inventory not only by quantity but also by serial and lot numbers (expiration dates). I could find no other reasonably priced solution for that task. The app is also pretty intuitive and therefore easy to implement (for an ERP, which always has challenges). Originally I was going to pair it with Xero for accounting funtionality, but I found that Erpag's native financial modules were adequate to my needs. Still, I discovered that integrating it with Xero was a breeze--click, click, done. There is no software to install, so I can get what I need from any computer connected to the internet. As an experienced user of ERP systems, it was counterintuiteve to adjust from assembly and subassembly to "BoM" prouducts, and what Erpag considers "kits" i wouldn't even perceive as a core ERP function. Understanding the Erpag lingo is easy to accomplish, however, with solid chat support and live screenshares.
