**What do you like best about ERPAG for G Suite?**

The system is very intuitive and has a better GUI than other CRM software programs. We faced many limitations with our choice of inventory management scanners when using Microsoft CRM, but there was no problem when trying it with ERPAG.

**What do you dislike about ERPAG for G Suite?**

The only thing that I do not like: for every option you choose within ERPAG it opens a new browser tab. Instead of having an intuitive forward and back design you have to figure out which tab you were on. 
Many updates have been applied to this service and it is conflicting a lot more with our inventory scanning system. It was good before and has gotten worse.

**Recommendations to others considering ERPAG for G Suite:**

Make sure that you use their recommended inventory solutions.

**What problems is ERPAG for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory management was implemented quite easily with our chosen scanner system. The inventory is quick and easy to manage compared to previously tested software. We can now provide up-to-the-minute inventory when an account wants a quote for a big order.
