Fails to meet the mark, time and time again **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022 **What do you like best about ERP to eCommerce Integration?** Literally nothing. The only thing which could possibly be considered good is their Canadian development team. We were able to be correctly billed in Canadian dollars and have Canadian taxes assed on our purchase. **What do you dislike about ERP to eCommerce Integration?** Everything about it is terrible. It's buggy, slow, resource-intensive, and support rarely replies in a timely fashion. During implementation, it became extremely clear that Ebridge has never worked with our ERP before. Junior developers were in way over their heads. Employees didn't seem to care about delivering a product, or supporting the barely working product they did deliver. I even worked up the chain to speak with the CEO who promised solutions, only to have to wait another year for project completion. We literally had to file suit in BC Provincial Court to seek recourse for the product quality and billing problems. Employees leave positive Google reviews on their company's page to boost their ratings. **Recommendations to others considering ERP to eCommerce Integration:** Stay away from Ebridge Jitterbit. **What problems is ERP to eCommerce Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to accept orders from BigCommerce and have them appear in Aptean OSAS Traverse, but somewhat unreliably. New orders only show up 80% of the time. We were able to better publicize our pricing and stock for customers, but on any given day, 50 prices and or stock levels are wrong because Ebridge's software has failed to update the prices which are advertised.
