**What do you like best about ERP Consultant?**

The knowledge of Multiple Modules,  If someone claims that he is an HR expert - he should have SCM, FI and MM knowledge. it is an integral part of the ERP consultant, requirement of each module.

The ERP system is a highly complex IT system - the experience of the functional modules and dependability are crucial.

**What do you dislike about ERP Consultant?**

They do not share the knowledge of integrated controlled ERP systems They sometimes avoid telling you the importance of Passing some Business role and the relationship in other modules."They do not share the knowledge of integrated, controlled ERP systems. Sometimes, they fail to explain the significance of passing certain business roles and their relationship with other modules.

**Recommendations to others considering ERP Consultant:**

It is required to have knowledge of more than two modules and at least one full life cycle deployment.

**What problems is ERP Consultant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

being a functional consultant you have to solve your business-related issues, however, it is not as simple as everyone thinks, The HR module must affect to financial module, for example. if HR hierarchy is defined for the User level whereas in finance we normally follow a Position-based hierarchy. If HR policy is misconfigured or has an error - it might cause you will face many technical issues. As a functional consultant, it's your responsibility to solve business-related problems. However, this task is not as simple as it seems. For instance, the HR module has a significant impact on the financial module. If HR hierarchy is defined at the user level, while finance follows a position-based hierarchy, it can cause technical issues. A misconfigured HR policy or an error in it can also lead to several technical problems.
Well working on oe modules you get the interconnectivity other other modules, this opportunity gives you experience of working on different modules.
