We made the switch to ERoad about a year ago because our previous system had too many connectivity issues. We weren't able to see trucks in real time, and did not have a good sense of where or how our fleet was operating. With Eroad we are able to see our fleet in real time, and receive valuable safety and utilization information back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about EROAD? Currently we would love if Eroad was able to incorporate a camera systems. We do see that other companies are now offering this and it would be great to get this all in one system. The help we get from the employees and how easy it is for our drivers to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about EROAD? That the EROAD clicks on too quick so that the drivers cant even move out of the way when parked. I don't have problems besides the drivers not being able to move if needed. Having someone who can help us in the office or our drivers is nice. Plus having all of our information in one area.
