I was able to view my bonuses to know when my payments were elgible. The ERIN app also keeps a listining of all open job openings making it easier to send the application directly to someone. The only downside I had was reaching out to customer service once and it took some time before I ever heard back. As frequent as we rely on this ERIN app the customer service should more quickly. I understood my colleague was coming back to the company within 12 months of previously leaving, but ERIN seemed to have provided confirmation that my referral bonus would be held until my friend had passed his 1-year mark, in May. All the emails I received seemed to point towards that conclusion, and I was looking forward to the bonus in May. However, I received yet another automated email and it stated that my referral bonus was now "$0." All the emails previously sent out seemed to hype everything up for a catastrophic fall in the end.
