A great tool for medium and large businesses that want to bring their product base under control. Doesn't require tedious installation and configuration, you can start using it immediately.

The biggest plus after comparing with other PIMs is the interface!

Clear, intuitive, and NICE! Pleasant to work with it.

Highly configurable views, tabs, column management, sorting, and filtering - it makes work easier.

Most importantly, the product is constantly developing and evolving. Bugs are fixed very quickly, and the team is willing to listen to your needs and put them into the roadmap.

Support is also worth mentioning - it helps, explains, and clarifies all with a smile on their faces - they are willing to help, and that's important!

As an end user, It's great to have an impact on the development of the solution!

Ergonode is a system tailored perfectly to the requirements of companies wanting a system to manage all product information. The competition is geared towards sub-customer installations and implementations. Ergonode can be purchased, given access and used with very easy implementation. The software itself is very intuitive and we are able to find many functions ourselves. Also noteworthy is the clear interface and ease of adding and editing information.

One of the most important features for us is the ability to add, to the product description, a tag referring to a specific attribute of the product so that the system itself substitutes the appropriate value in this place. When you have many descriptions that differ only in parameters, such a feature is invaluable.

The management of work itself is also quite easy and transparent thanks to the Workflow function and the establishment of roles and accesses. This greatly streamlines communication and the process of publishing content and updating it.

The only inconvenience we have currently encountered is that in product descriptions we can only insert an external resource that is not in the Ergonode database. This hinders the process of writing descriptions because graphics have to be linked from other sources and this results in longer working time and the need to have an additional photo database for product descriptions.
