The competition is geared towards sub-customer installations and implementations. Ergonode can be purchased, given access and used with very easy implementation. The software itself is very intuitive and we are able to find many functions ourselves. Also noteworthy is the clear interface and ease of adding and editing information. One of the most important features for us is the ability to add, to the product description, a tag referring to a specific attribute of the product so that the system itself substitutes the appropriate value in this place. When you have many descriptions that differ only in parameters, such a feature is invaluable. The management of work itself is also quite easy and transparent thanks to the Workflow function and the establishment of roles and accesses. This greatly streamlines communication and the process of publishing content and updating it. Plus also for multilingualism and the implementation of an AI module for content generation. **What do you dislike about Ergonode PIM?** The only inconvenience we have currently encountered is that in product descriptions we can only insert an external resource that is not in the Ergonode database. This hinders the process of writing descriptions because graphics have to be linked from other sources and this results in longer working time and the need to have an additional photo database for product descriptions. **What problems is Ergonode PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Control over the completion of product information - we know at what stage of completion we are and how much information is still missing. Verification of the correctness of the content - quick verification whether the content has not been entered incorrectly or is different from similar products. Speed of data entry and updating - thanks to the intuitive interface and the ability to edit values from the product list, we can instantly edit or add content to many products at the same time, which saves time. ### 15. Luckily we found Ergonode ;). It has a very nice UI, which allows to to create product templates in the way you want. It supports rest api and graphQL. Customer service and tech team is very fast to respond and help. You can even contribute and share ideas how to improve system and  what new features system could have. **What do you dislike about Ergonode PIM?** It would be nice that, it would be possible to get all information via both rest api and graphQL methods. At the moment we are forced to use both rest api and graphQL to get information we need, we would prefer to use only graphQL **What problems is Ergonode PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are simply avoiding a lot of manual work with Excell to manage all products data we have ### 22. While using Ergonode, the time required for product handling is reduced by approximately 60%. Second is the simple interface which is great for each user, no need for onboarding hours. Also thanks to easily managed flow I know who is responsible for what regarding product completeness.
