I found my time was being drained by reading long emails multiple times... plus, Gorgias could solve team email bad habits at scale. It's a very strong one, but does take concerted effort to calibrate. **What problems is Ergonode PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our base data trust issue is being solved by Ergonode PIM. As an analytics manager, I'm only as good as the data that underlies. Prior to using Ergonode our product data was a mess, we couldn’t rely on the reports and the BI integration seemed flawed. Ergonode is now a single source of truth. The payoff is as clear a bell — we’ve eliminated the loop of manually slaking our data thirst. We have confidence that all of our numbers in Sage X3 for financials are timely and actual, so is our sales analytics we use now from Dynamics 365, seen by the whole leadership team. There is no basic schema - you have to create it yourself. The data is influenced by the order of uploading, not the hierarchy.
