I like how simple and clear the dashboard is. It makes it easy to understand team workload at a glance, especially during busy periods. The clear dashboard lets me see who is available, who is overloaded, and which projects need attention all at a glance. During busy periods, this helps me quickly reassign tasks, avoid overbooking, and ensure the team's workload is balanced without needing to dig through spreadsheets or emails.
