Of course, the most helpful feature of erecruit is its ability to store candidate information. It is very easy to navigate and you can store all information necessary for your candidate. There were times that it will take too long to load pages and sometimes the website is down. I think this is an error that can be improved thru updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is erecruit solving and how is that benefiting you? As our line of business is staffing, we would need an electronic way to save data of the people we try to recruit. That's why it has been helpful for us recruiters to use erecruit and integrating TextUs with this. If we don't have access to our TextUs, we can see the messages sent as well as what we send to those people. The features that I like about Erecruit are that it can restore the details and documents of a person, is easy to navigate, and has a nice user feature. Erecruit is an excellent help to our company.
