eRechnung Tool turns invoices into e-invoices that meet the German and European requirements: XRechnung and ZUGFeRD according to EN 16931, checked against the official KoSIT rules. It is built for small and medium businesses, trades and freelancers that want to keep writing invoices in Word, Excel or their existing software. The online converter turns a PDF invoice into an e-invoice in the browser: review the recognized data, correct it if needed and download a validated file. The Windows app works like a printer: print or save an invoice as PDF and the e-invoice is created automatically, sent to the customer by e-mail and archived. Also included: a free e-invoice validator with explanations of every error message and a free XRechnung viewer.
