**What do you like best about Eraser?**

Allows you to erase files in bulk in a much more efficient and effective way than you'd be able to using the default OS tools.
I like the fact that it does the job well by completely removing/overwriting data so that it can never be found again.

**What do you dislike about Eraser?**

I struggle to find anything bad to say about this software other than occasionally if removing a lot of files it can take some time to process, which I think all things considered is very reasonable.

**What problems is Eraser solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need to remove confidential files and/or information securely and efficiently from devices.
This is a benefit to me and many others due to it creating a sense of peace of mind.
