Some of the features that make this tool a great addition to our list are: Easy for employees to know their stock options. Easy to add investors and get a bird's eye view of how much investors have invested in the company. Employees get a clear picture of who all the investors are. The current valuation of the company is clear to everyone using the tool. Top-notch support. Calls to the customer service team are promptly answered. **What do you dislike about EquityList?** When granting equity to the employees, the stock certificates issued by EquityList don’t look too “formal.” There is no option to include the founder's signature in the stock certificate. **What problems is EquityList solving and how is that benefiting you?** EquityList is currently solving a very important problem of making sure that all the employees of an organization are well informed about their ESOPs. This helps in employee retention, gain trust of the employees and also increase the overall transparency of the organization.
