What do you like best about EquityList?

EquityList as a tool is very simple and intuitive to use, both as an employer and as an employee. Some of the features that make this tool a great addition to our list are:

Easy for employees to know their stock options.

Easy to add investors and get a bird's eye view of how much investors have invested in the company.

Employees get a clear picture of who all the investors are.

The current valuation of the company is clear to everyone using the tool.

Top-notch support. Calls to the customer service team are promptly answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EquityList?

When granting equity to the employees, the stock certificates issued by EquityList don’t look too “formal.” There is no option to include the founder's signature in the stock certificate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EquityList solving and how is that benefiting you?

EquityList is currently solving a very important problem of making sure that all the employees of an organization are well informed about their ESOPs. This helps in employee retention, gain trust of the employees and also increase the overall transparency of the organization.

As a small organization that gives ESOPs to its lousy employees, we are tremendously benefitted by what EquityList does and are excited to see more features to this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EquityList?

I found the tool to be very easy to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the documentation is lengthy but clear and helpful. The features are comprehensive, and I was particularly impressed with the ability to issue stock certificates and grant letters directly to users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EquityList?

No Mobile app.

You should have a separate legal team/consultant to get the ESOPs policy (US) vouched for and enacted.

Equitylist should help in giving consultations to draft policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
