The platform is highly customizable, accommodating our specific requirements, including those related to an India-US company structure. It allows us to efficiently manage complex ESOP processes and keep our cap table organized, all within a user-friendly interface. Additionally, the team at EquityList has been incredibly supportive and responsive. They took the time to understand our needs and implemented the solution seamlessly, ensuring it integrated well with our operations. **What do you dislike about EquityList?** While the platform meets most of our needs, some advanced features could be made even more intuitive, especially for companies managing both India and US-specific requirements. However, the EquityList team is very open to feedback and has been proactive, which has been great. **What problems is EquityList solving and how is that benefiting you?** EquityList is helping us with two major requirements: cap table organization and ESOP management for a company structure spanning India and the US. Prior to using EquityList, managing these aspects was time-consuming and error-prone due to the complexity of our requirements. With EquityList, we now have a centralized, organized system that simplifies tracking different equity instruments, managing vesting schedules, and staying compliant with required regulations. The dashboard available to the individual ESOP holders has brought in a great amount of transparency so that the employees can check status of their ESOPs anytime, without depending on anyone.The platform's flexibility to cater to our specific needs has also been a huge advantage, making it a valuable part of our operational toolkit. ### 2.
