It makes tracking equipment effortless, with quick QR scanning, easy assignments, and clear audit history. The interface feels modern and lightweight, and the ability to export reports or generate assignment PDFs saves a lot of time. It’s a great fit for small teams that don’t want complicated asset management software. **What do you dislike about Equiply?** Honestly, Equiply works really well for what it’s designed for. One area that could be improved is adding more advanced reporting filters and customizations. I’m excited to see these features in future updates, as they would make the platform even more powerful for growing teams. **What problems is Equiply solving and how is that benefiting you?** Equiply solves the problem of lost or untracked equipment by providing a simple, organized way to manage all our assets. We can assign laptops, tools, and other gear to team members, track who has what, and get alerts for overdue items. This reduces confusion, prevents lost items, and saves a lot of time compared to spreadsheets or manual logs.
