The granularity and specificity of the Equifax Ignite data, along with the intuitive and creative data elements, is what makes it stand out among other data sources available for financial services consultants. I was recently involved in extensive research regarding the restart of federal student loan repayment, and there was no question that we couldn't answer with the Equifax Ignite tools in hand. The tradeline level data had useful historical features that helped us tease out complex patterns across massive swaths of the population. Importantly, my colleagues and I were able to onboard to the system and get accustomed to the various tools in a short period, greatly reducing the time it took our team to produce this time-sensitive paper. We appreciated the one-on-one support and attention that was available to us from the Equifax Ignite team whenever questions arose. In my experience, the Equifax team is quick to adopt new practices and ideas regarding data organization and utilization, making for an agile ecosystem that my firm takes advantage of to the great benefit of our analysts and clients. When I first tried to gain access to the system, I had some issues logging on. However, when I wrote to the Equifax Ignite user team, I received a nearly instant response that was helpful and straightforward and I was able to log on easily afterwards. Perhaps the onboarding documentation has since been refreshed, but anyway this was not a major delay in my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
