**What do you like best about Equator?**

Equator provides a lot of statistics on REOs in the state and local markets, which is great for research and analysis.

**What do you dislike about Equator?**

It was hard to trust the company. When vetting them out by asking for more information about their business model, success rates, and real-life testimonials, certain questions could not be answered. Customer service could only show me around the website and not provide information on actual long-term success. When trying to cancel the annual subscription, they were very keen on enforcing company policies on payments, rather than understanding the customer's needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Equator:**

I advise keeping your wallet close.

**What problems is Equator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Equator solves the REO industry by connecting bank asset managers and real estate agents to facilitate REO listings.

We use Equator as it is required for many of our servicers to process properties. We accept and process tasks in Equator.

**What do you like best about Equator?**

I like that it keeps track of how and when things were done and who they were completed by. 

**What do you dislike about Equator?**

I dislike that it only functions in Internet Explorer. 

**Recommendations to others considering Equator:**

Be prepared to have to use old technology.
