It is also helpful in gathering receipts which have been uploaded and annotated for processing. **What do you dislike about Equals?** -The significant delay between money being spent on the card and the transactions showing in the Equals transaction - Not being able to easily see or filter if a receipt has been uploaded to a list of transactions without having to individually go in and check each transaction **What problems is Equals solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing our production to be cashless and having crew members using Equals cards for production expenditure so they aren't using physical cash. Its a really great example about streamlining the expenses process for our charity and makes reconcilling and managing payments really easy, quick and simple. **What do you dislike about Equals?** The desktop platform needs some development to try and find quicker ways of finding payments sometime when you are reconciling a large number of transactions. It is a simple system that allows us to effectively load various currencies for employees to use and also to monitor spending if required. **What do you dislike about Equals?** Although there are no real issues for us, if there was an easier way of instigating payments (perhaps an openbanking API link with our business bank) and putting money on our accounts. **What problems is Equals solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing us to have pre-authorised funds loaded to employee cards for the purpose of travel without using credit cards which have less control. The system is quick and easy to use from an administrator's perspective. **What do you dislike about Equals?** Transaction histories don't list a running balance which would be useful for reconciliation - this is a very minor issue though! **What problems is Equals solving and how is that benefiting you?** We provide cash cards to visitors to allow for expenses to be covered, and this is particularly useful in an increasingly cashless world. Pre-pay cards are enormously helpful. Customer service is prompt and excellent. **What do you dislike about Equals?** I think the UI could be improved, and the process for depositing funds could be made a little simpler (but not much).
