Also we can link Equals Money to Xero to automatically upload the transactions into our accounts system. **What do you dislike about Equals?** The reporting is a bit clunky with all the transfers between wallets appearing as transactions both in reports and in Xero. Before making the choice of who to use for this service, we always check curency exchange rates on offer. In the vast majority of cases Equals Money comes out tops by offering the best rates on the day. There's always the option of a bit of negotiation, and I've always been treated well when making phone contacts. It literally takes seconds to create a virtual card, which is really useful for allowing expensing within our non profit. **What do you dislike about Equals?** I think there's a bit of a longer delay in receiving refunds. This may just be an issues between the company we paid and their process of refunding and their banks processing of it. **What problems is Equals solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to use Stripe Issuing and whilst that was really good, it was quite bureaucratic. I see it as a business tool, not sure why you would use it privately over an existing bank account. Perhaps as a spare for online purchases for protection. **What do you dislike about Equals?** Some companies (to my knowledge Uber for business) don't accept the Equals money account.
