What I particularly like is the customer service, especially our customer success manager Quentin Didier, who provides us with extremely high-quality service, available to help and support us in exploring new projects or responding to urgent requests. I appreciate the development of mass AI, as it allows us to enrich regulatory data and focus more on content, especially for e-commerce and marketing messages.
