Implementation was fairly easy. Editing the back end is also easy. And the user experience for reporters using the online form is good. **What do you dislike about EQS Integrity Line?** Slow response times on tickets submitted for help. Quirks in the system make use difficult (e.g., not easy to search for cases by case number, linked cases don't always work, permissions don't always apply accurately, etc.). Representations were made regarding system feature availability and the features still haven't been made available after months. Finally, reporting features are severely lacking. **What problems is EQS Integrity Line solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides an affordable hotline option for our growing business. ### 2. The range of products covers a broad spectrum. **What do you dislike about EQS Integrity Line?** They seem to be aquisitive but not great at incorporating the acquisitions. Some modules have much more clear documentation and better functionality than others. New features have been slow to roll out in the early 2020's and their inside sales/business development people make redundant contacts where it's not clear who has what role or can answer which questions. **What problems is EQS Integrity Line solving and how is that benefiting you?** They offer a mix of consulting, documentation, and technical services. The combination can replace the need for a larger internal team if used properly and wel understood. ### 3. The interface is easy to learn and teach. It’s not a difficult software to use. **What do you dislike about EQS Integrity Line?** The data analytics need drastic improvement.
