What do you like best about Eptura Workplace?

I can use it whenever I want to reserve any desk in my organisation that I am working at. It shows the desk numbers, the people around you and the availability of the desks which is quite convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?

Sometime it hangs, sometimes it auto release automatically without knowing why. In rare cases, you will have 2 people booking the same seat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reserving the seats and desks for a certain period of time. One of the benefits is that you must do a check in each time you do a booking and if not, your reservation will be realeased which is really good in case you aren't coming to the office and your colleagues want to use your desk Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eptura Workplace?

What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?

Both technical support and implementation support were terrible. Tech support inquiries were ignored. Implementation meetings occurred, but there was no follow up. Teem advertised health screening, but it was not available at the promised time, and is still not available at the time of this review.

On the product side, although the Outlook rooms and desk integration was available, you are not able to easily customize the amenities, and we found some bugs that were not addressed.

I cancelled the contract. Teem would not negotiate to just pay implementation costs. I have decided to pay the price of the product but not use it! Stay away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy way for us to reserve desks in post-Covid world"

What do you like best about Eptura Workplace?

We no longer have assigned desks post-covid and people are all over the office. SiQ allows us to reserve desks for certain periods of time so we can make sure we keep our spot! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?

The UX can be a little glitchy sometimes. Even being experienced in multiple technical software tools, I've gotten stuck trying to simply reserve a desk for more than one day. This also fades our the rest of the spots which makes it more confusing. Overall can take a few uses to figure out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I couldn't get a hold of anyone for billing support. I left messages, and they never returned my call. The only way I could get them to contact me was to pretend I was looking for sales, and they reached out the next day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In a company that is growing, the floor plan is constantly changing and Space IQ isn't always up to date. This point falls on the user to update the system but has prevented me from using the tool as much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool has been extremely useful to me, with it I digitally organize the reservations I need for my clients, partners and producers, without having to look elsewhere. What do you like best about Eptura Workplace?

Just create the conference room via Outlook, link it to Teems and install the app on a tablet or ipad and once you click on the app it will show you the room schedule for today and tomorrow. The product is very easy to configure and implement. The comments from the reception staff are very good. The registration process for visitors is fairly straightforward. "Highly Effective Tool for Mapping Physical Office Space"

What do you like best about Eptura Workplace?

SpaceIQ does a very good job of mapping where things are in an office. I can use it to identify conference rooms, location of my colleagues desks, bathrooms and other public areas, etc. Very easy to use user interface, and provides good visualization of the full office layout. What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?

The interface is not particularly intuitive for multiple floor layouts - it can be difficult to find things situated across different floors. It also does not have a good search function, which means that if I do not already know roughly where something is, sometimes it can be hard for me to find it. It is also sometimes difficult to find the correct floor in the correct office because all of the offices and floors are lumped together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Eptura Workplace:

Initial setup matters - make sure that you have all of your office space mapped out in a well structured manner (both in terms of organizing by office building and in terms of organizing by floor) because that is the most important thing. But also it is worth validating that the setup makes sense for your end users - since the employees in your office are the ones who need to use it at the end of the day, make sure that the setup is useful for them.
