All users have experience the platform with positive background. I had only one fail but under my responsability. We are able to use our older fleet of IPads with worn batteries to serve as IP/POE powered room signs, which really lowered the total project cost! Works perfectly with our new O365 platform. **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** The display templates have fixed formatting, so the customization is limited to the existing templates. Would also like some flexibility to change formatting on the Finder/FlightBoard. **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** The displays add a sharp look to the meeting room entrances. We've had a couple of issues related to our implementation of SAML but Chad from customer service has been amazing and extremely helpful **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** The only issue I've had was that guest's pictures would not load in Teem. I was able to set up an iPad in single app mode and it's been very stable and reliable. I set up a service account for it to connect to our exchange Calendar and once configured, I spend very little time on the Teem dashboard. We even had the iPad we were using die completely on us, and it only took a few minutes to swap out. **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** On occasion, (2-3 times a year) the iPad the app is running on, or the Teem app itself will freeze or stop working. This requires me to unlock the wall mount, remove the iPad and power cycle it. **Recommendations to others considering Eptura Workplace:** Don't let the price sway you too much. Teem is very low maintenance with reliable, fast support. **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows all our users to easily tell if the conference room is in use or booked/spoken for. Users are also able to create meetings on the fly that reserve the room in exchange, allowing for easy impromptu meetings without leaving other users thinking the room is available. ### 41. We also struggle with users who schedule meetings but don't attend. We can't just delete these meetings for political reasons. **Recommendations to others considering Eptura Workplace:** Start a trial and see how well the product works. Don't forget to use guided access on iOS devices to keep users from "playing" with the device. **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** The older printed schedules were always posted the evening before so any newly scheduled meetings weren't listed. This way employees will know right away if a room they want is open. This way there is no confusion on if the room is available or not.
