Whenever I reach out to Customer Support and see the name of a few Customer Support Technicians that I know (like Aman and Tyrell), I always feel relieved knowing that I'm in good hands. **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** I have not experienced any downsides when working with Eptura Workplace. **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a state agency that employees thousands. With the hybrid work environment after COVID and the recent return to office policy, Eptura Workplace has helped us manage the process given that we now have fewer physical office locations than pre-covid. ### 2. I encountered a situation where I couldn't edit something I needed and after finally deciding to reach out about this issue, I received a quick reply from Wayne who had fixed my problem- extremely helpful and appreciated and on top of that he was very kind, professional and thorough with his reply. I'm very happy with my experience. **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** The only thing that comes to mind is some features aren't obvious to find unless you are very familiar. There are small inconveniences linked to those, such as the inability to easily edit certain small things, or having to do them one by one when it's a series or to find specific information... Perhaps there's been a user guide document sent out once back before I started- no idea! I know the app sometimes has issues but I do not use it. Overall nothing in particular really stands out :) **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** The hybrid office situation- not all employees could fit with the limited space we have, SpaceIQ is great for managing that. ### 3. It is pretty neat and understandable. It is easy to follow directions and find someone's desk or room on the floor. It also has color markers indicating which team is sitting where, so it is easy to find with one click. **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** There is nothing to dislike as such in this app. **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Now with SIQ, I do not have to keep asking everyone on someone's desk for info. Instead, now I only have to open this app on my desktop and get a view to find the place of someone I am looking for. On broader space, It do help organisations for solving the problem of space management. ### 4. I liked seeing each city listed in alphabetic order and not have to drill into a region, then a city, and then a floor. **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** SiQ just deployed the new Booking Manager role. That was a request I submitted a little less than a year ago. This new role has allowed me to eliminate individuals from being assigned the PowerAdmin role to simply be able to book a desk or office for someone else. By assigning them the Power Admin role they had way too much access to change our company settings, which was done at least 3 times to my knowledge. ### 5. It comes in handy during these post-covid hybrid business models. We use it for our sitting arrangements. With its self explanatory user interface, I can book my desired work seat in the office space whenever I wish to go to the office. It provides all the stats/graphical view of the entire office building, the location of different departments and the conference rooms available on any floor. Also provides vacant seats/ seat availability stats on a real-time basis. Its mobile application as good as the cloud services. **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** There is nothing I did not like about the prodict. It has made hybrid business model more hassle free. **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to SIQ, securing a vacant seat in the office was always a hard nut to crack since it is difficult to completely how many employees would be coming to the office at any particular point of time. The only option at that point was to get in touch with the admin team to ensure that, but now post start using SIQ, things have simplified much. We can track the live status of the seats available in the office and can plan our visit accordingly. The best part is, it also shows who has booked which seats, so we can plan to sit with our favorite colleagues as well. ### 6. It allows our teams to coordinate where they work. I like that the tool is simple and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** There have been times in the past that I have been confused by the automated emails that are sent out after I've booked a desk on SiQ. This may just be how we've set it up. But if I don't check in within a certain timeframe of the reservation it gets canceled and sometimes I make a last-minute decision to come into the office. **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** SiQ allows us to make sure we have enough desk space for everyone that comes into the office and allows teams and coworkers to coordinate where they sit. This is especially helpful for my company that has a very flexible remote work policy and we sometimes work from different offices while traveling. ### 7. It shows the desk numbers, the people around you and the availability of the desks which is quite convenient. **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** Sometime it hangs, sometimes it auto release automatically without knowing why. In rare cases, you will have 2 people booking the same seat **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reserving the seats and desks for a certain period of time. One of the benefits is that you must do a check in each time you do a booking and if not, your reservation will be realeased which is really good in case you aren't coming to the office and your colleagues want to use your desk ### 9. Tech support inquiries were ignored. Implementation meetings occurred, but there was no follow up. Teem advertised health screening, but it was not available at the promised time, and is still not available at the time of this review. On the product side, although the Outlook rooms and desk integration was available, you are not able to easily customize the amenities, and we found some bugs that were not addressed. I cancelled the contract. Teem would not negotiate to just pay implementation costs. I have decided to pay the price of the product but not use it! SiQ allows us to reserve desks for certain periods of time so we can make sure we keep our spot! **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** The UX can be a little glitchy sometimes. Even being experienced in multiple technical software tools, I've gotten stuck trying to simply reserve a desk for more than one day. This also fades our the rest of the spots which makes it more confusing. Overall can take a few uses to figure out. **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the problem of unassigned spots.
