What do you like best about Eptura Visitor?

Before PC people visiting our facility are met by a security guard and given a badge, then he called the person they were here to meet, sometimes they didn't answer/were in a meeting - causing delays & occasionally making customers frustrated.

Now they still meet the security guard AND the PC system, which can notify the host via their preferred method of communication, this speeds up the visitor process and provides greater visibility to our team about who is coming and going in our building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eptura Visitor?

The badge printing process needs some tuning. I have tried two different suggested printers and I still can't get it working.The little wireless printer recommended would not work with AirPrint and the Evolis tattoo printer kept melting our pre-printed graphics. What do you like best about Eptura Visitor?

What I like best about Proxyclick is that I no longer waste time trying to see if visitors checked in, read their horrible hand writing,or try to remember what day they came in since they didn't fill in the date. Little things like that use to make my day very frustrating. Now even if I am not at the office, I know who has visited and it also keeps the info if the visitor would like to not put it in next time they visit. It is very convenient for the company and the visitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eptura Visitor?

Although I recommend proxyclick for everyone to use in their offices, the software updates keep blocking the app lately and it has been a bit annoying to deal with. We have to re-download the app. I think it is just a glitch. I have been using proxyclick for 2 years and this only has been happening last month or so, which overall is not a big issue. What do you like best about Eptura Visitor?

After having compared Proxyclick with other solutions, I must say that what I liked the most is the easyness of configuration and integration with Office365. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Proxyclick app comes only on iOS and that's something that I don't like at all. Nowadays Android tablets are very common have a decent level of security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eptura Visitor?

Love the technology! Great to have a paperless option. Easy to use. Visitors are very impressed when they come by, typically they have not seen this technology before. Great function is the fact that the person visited gets a notification via e-mail that they have guests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eptura Visitor?

There is nothing I dislike, it has been working great! I guess sometimes the delay, sending to the printer to print badges is noticeable, but does not cause too many issues. Flawless most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No Paper Sign-in sheet! it beats having a paper form at the office and trying to make sure that someone is always at the desk checking people out. With this, our iPad sits at the desk and guest can check themselves out at any time without any assistance. Can look back and see who visited, which is a great feature.
