I really haven't come across anything negative yet. The only thing I can say is that I wanted to change a user's email, but tech support had to do it from their end as it was a database thing. However with that said, they did it quickly and accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ProxyClick is user friendly, easy to use and innovative visitor management system. We started using this system around two years ago and it worked really well for us. What i like best about Proxyclick is it's simply flow for checking in a person visiting your site. With this system setup we do not need to have a receptionist sit up front and assist with contacting employees when a visitor has arrived. Proxyclick does it for us. Our IT company is strict on what can be put on our network so having the printer connected separately to the guest wifi cause it to disconnect from time to time when we get those occasional power blips. The process of recovering the printer and syncing it back to proxyclick is a hassle and if I'm not around to do it then it just seems a bit to hard for others to comprehend the steps of recovery. It would be nice if there was an option to mark deliveries as time-sensitive or not time-sensitive. Certain foods and other deliveries require people to pick them up in quicker time frames. Sometimes it seems like there are certain bugs that don't notify hosts that their guests are here, which leads to confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Proxyclick could have some pencils or something special writer/stick for typing. Some of the costumers are complaining about finger prints on the tablet after they sing in. So in the future you should have some Proxyclick-pencils for tablet. For advertisement, it could be normal pencil with smart ruber band on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some improvements in the configuration of the welcome E-Mail would be nice. For example: In german you don't call guests by their first name. There's a difference in the english "you" and the german "Sie". So guests in german speaking countries should be called by their full name. I’ve used many visitor systems that required user training and refreshers since I didn’t use them frequently. Proxyclick is super easy to use and easy to find your way around even if you only use it a few times a year. I’ve also used it to check guests in and print badges. That process is equally as easy. Registration at our reception desk is very easy and colleagues get an e-mail and SMS when the visitor arrives. We also like the visibility of visitors within the company because of the badge we print. There are a lot of features we do not use within our company but seem a great addition to the whole. While the program runs on internet once and a while we have problems with bad connection and entering visitors in the system is not possible.
