There's both the browser and app ability to find, book and work with spaces. You can book offices and desks; on your browser, you can use a feature to book portions of the day. I wish you could view who was sitting where from the app when booking a space. Since you can only do it on your browser, it needs pre-planning if you want to sit near your colleagues and forgot to book a space. That's leaving out the fact that though Support is quick to respond, they lack the knowledge to follow up problems in an organized, timely fashion with a satisfying outcome.

I like that once everything is setup correctly there is not a lot of day-to-day maintenance to allow people to book resources across our support campus. The software control panel can take a little getting used to with regards to navigation but it's a minor issue as you become acclimated quickly.
