The quick response of our account manager and his constant availability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Eptura Engage? The tool is not cloud-based truly and multitudes of features are not available, including booking for other people, poor plug-in. The team is also not able to support us fully and monitors failures. The outlook plug-in is not as integrated, and therefore, a lot of standard features of outlook meeting booking are not taking into account on Condeco, resulting in synchronised issues. Simple things lie booking a large room that can be split in two - which I am sure most large companies will have on their site, is not possible. Condeco was a great tool when "on-premise". Since they move to the cloud they have not really managed to transform themselves into cloud-based services and tech company—what a shame. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
