The depth at which I can adapt Epsilon to my needs and make it work for me is super helpful. I really like the vast amount of QOL improvements throughout the years that I never thought I needed - but have been great to have. I wish the procedure software was a bit more powerful, I find myself missing features and freedom. Further, I think the 'Procedure Runs' is lacking and could be much better organizationally.
