At the dealership at which I'm employed, we are mandated to use Epsilon for email and direct mail marketing services for both service and sales. The creative provided is strict, unaesthetic and provides little to no room for individuality. In total, awful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Epsilon Services:

"Good product, setup of it was not so great"

The product is great that they offer. We have Epsilon through a couple different manufacturers that use it. We have had several hiccups with the setup and mailers were sent to customers that should not have received them... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
