Epsilon uses their software to mine all of our service data, and send relevant updates to our retail service customers to remind them of upcoming vehicle services or service specials. With the recent reduction in peoples' driving habits, Epsilon didn't change their software to reflect lesser mileage being driven, and are ofter overestimating the mileage on our customers' vehicles.
