This software is used by many companies to send emails within the organizations as well as mass marketing emails. Our company is also one of such companies. It is a great tool to make use of and even if someone is unaware of its functionality the customer care team will help in all aspects. What do you dislike about Epsilon Messaging?

The most important thing that is lacking in this software is the ability to edit. You might be wondering what’s the big deal about not being able to edit but unluckily, it is a big deal. Once you have launched a campaign and in case you need to edit anything, you need to undo the whole campaign and start over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Epsilon Messaging:

I will recommend using this platform if you need to manage the data of a large-scale organization/company. The customer care is extremely helpful and cooperative so, you can be tension-free in that aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging is a platform that is suitable for companies of all scales. But it works more efficiently for larger companies that require larger amounts of data to be stored and organized or organizations that require more information to work on. What do you like best about Epsilon Messaging?

It is the software many organizations use to send in-house and mass marketing emails and we are one of those organizations. It’s a great software to work with and if you don’t know how to use one you don’t need to worry they will help you in all manners to learn it before and the whole process is very simple and easy to adapt. What do you dislike about Epsilon Messaging?

Unlike many other software out there it lacks one option, editing. Now you might think that it is not a big deal but unfortunately, it is. Once a campaign is launched and you need to change or edit something you will have to remove the whole campaign and start a new one again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Epsilon Messaging solving and how is that benefiting you?

It works well for all sized companies but it works way better for large-scale organizations that needs more data to be collected and stored, also those who need more detailed information to work with.
